Nezzar,
Im surprised you havent gone thru this before on your way up the stakes, a lot of ppl on here have done things simmiliar to what your describing and feeling. I know I can say I have. If your on a huge ass downswing like you said in those 5 days you should have a close friend u can call to help you take a break. I know its so hard to not chase losses for some reason. Im getting better and better at not tilting and feeling bad about poker results. Sounds like you could use some changes in ur life though definitely...better diet, make sure your sessions arent non stop marathons mix in some other stuff especialy when ur running bad its so important to take a break and come back fresh.

OP, if this post is an exageration, it's not hugely funny. Just kinda warped.
But if you are serious (even a little bit) then you need to stop pissing around at a silly web forum and get some fuc*ing professional help.
