I most likely fold fourth--you really can't make much of a high with this (esp due to dead cards) and there's a 45 showing and a 99. Because of the cheapness of third (and the ante/bring in structure) I probably don't fold this there either.

Well the 45 was the bring-in, so I had no way to know if he had a good hand or not. If I had raised on 3rd I would have gotten that information

I'd say raise or fold 4th, i'd tend to fold because the pot is tiny and you are playing for half of it at best. I think i also limp 3rd, the price is just too good with this structure.

I like as played on all streets. Folding 4th is awful, since 45 is the bringin in a limped pot and he could have (T9)45 or something.

I think you played this one right. With the dead cards, I would likely fold third for a full bet, but I think you can come in for a dollar and see what happens. Fourth is definitely a call, and fifth is a fold.
