Re: 100NL How bad is this?
Pretty Bad, I would bet the flop, a check really opens yourself up to being out played.
As played I don't see how you call the river against an unknown. |

Re: 100NL How bad is this?
Against a completely unknown I'd rather bet the flop and go from there. But as played I don't think calling down is too bad, esp with the 2nd king on the river.

Re: 100NL How bad is this?
wtf at bad. This is fine.
It'd be better if they weren't pot sized bets but it's just fine. You can easily have a flush here so most villains at this level aren't full potting any K on that river meaning that more often than not unkowns ranges looks something like fh/flush/bluffs Betting this flop is for the weak and is almost never the most profitable line. |

Re: 100NL How bad is this?
this hand looks perfectly fine to me. you checked the flop to get value from less than Kx, and you got it. and the river being a K makes Kx less likely for villain. he can be betting with any 88-JJ, any 6x or 7x, missed 45s/89s, etc
betting flop is also fine but i like your line OP |

I understand you could get value out of lesser hands this way, but you could also be taken to value town with any hand that beats you, no? Help me see what I am missing? |
