UB PokerTracker/PA Hud issues

I use PT and PAHUd at PS and FTP without a problem. I'm trying to use it for UB, and I can't get them to work. I think I'm following the instructions, but I'll admit I'm software and computer challenged. Any ideas why I can run this without a problem on FT and PS, but keep messing it up with UB?

Download UltimateHistory http://www.pokertracker.com/UltimateHistory.exe , open it , go to preferences, choose a folder in which to save the hand histories, press play

Go to a table, open the hand history window.

And of course in PokerTracker have the auto-import on (with the folder which you defined in UltimateHistory chosen).

Do you use Poker Ace as well? PA seemed to suggest that using other "fetchers" would interfere. i thought that's what it was refering to. Thanks.

Yeah I do. I don't know about that interfering thing, but AFAIK that's the only way to get it working, and it worked fine when I used to play at UB.

There are some known issues with PAH and Ultimate Bet fetching hands. Several users have had success using UltimateHistory but there are no guarantees. Give it a try and see if it works until we are able to resolve the issue.
