[/ QUOTE ] Let me first say that in viewing this hand, my first inclination was to c/f when button bets and the other guy calls. Not agreeing with donking necessarily. However, something about the donk is appealing, if we are planning on calling one bet anyhow. I'm still torn though--i.e. JTx flop is not my favorite. AK has a gazillion outs, or he could have hit, and/or hit other guy. |

Oh sorry. My intention wasnt to bash you for the donk.
About the flop donk. Unless you have a specific read that button will check his overs then it acomplishes nothing. Since he will bet his entire range on this flop you should only donk if your intention was to 3-bet a raise |
