You mean my pre-flop play sucked due to position and choosing to raise A9 in that multiway?

if u are deciding to raise pre flop into a limp pot which is fine i wudnt make it cheap $1.5-75 at least.. wen the flop comes its a pretty horrid one... can you get away from top pair but top two?!?!

I don't think that villian has much else apart from a set here.

Also, there is a straight draw out.

problem is that i think pushing is the correct play ... as sneds9 says.. u arent getting paid off by anything apart from a set, it wud be a good lay down but an extremely hard one... it isnt that hard to put them on a set but are you folding top two pair to a single raise..

the pf play is questionable, but it's very difficult to get away from this on the flop. i don't think it's that easy to put him on a set, although it's obviously possible. i suspect that if you hadn't shown the result most people would have seen nothing wrong w/your push. let's say that you are holding aces, which is possible given your pf raise, the villain will rarely fold his set.

Raise more preflop and you're never folding this flop
