19 percent of democrats think the world would be better off.....
.....if the USA lost the war in iraq. so my question is how can 19 percent of democrats (11 percent of the population overall) be so stupid?

Hmm...is it likely that many of those saying that it would be for the best is saying it not so much because they think the world would be better off, but just because they want to get out of the war no matter what? That they are so tired and frustrated with the current war in Iraq that they exaggerate how much they are willing to give up just to get it over with and US out of there?

There are two paragraphs dedicated to the discussion of this question and nine to the question of prayer for the troops/president.
Also, 5 percent of Republicans answered yes to the question. Although, maybe they think Jesus would come down if the US lost. The question isn't well enough defined for me to give an answer.
