Re: Angle Shooting A$$H0&# @ Red Rock
Agree it was an angle, agree with protecting hand more in future, agree with not letting it get to you.

Re: Angle Shooting A$$H0&# @ Red Rock
[ QUOTE ]
i agree with those who have concluded that none of these actions is an angle shot. if you want to hear about a true angle shot, let me tell you what happened to me. so, i’m on the button, headsup with this guy on the turn after a little bit of pre-flop and flop action. i accidentally check out of turn, and guess what the guy does? he throws a big bet out there! i’m almost positive he had nothing and only did it because of that extra information. dirty ole angle shooter. [/ QUOTE ]I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. If you're serious, he didn't shoot an angle at all. You gave out free information because you weren't paying attention. |

Re: Angle Shooting A$$H0&# @ Red Rock
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] If the guy wasn't calling, then why was he tabling his hand while he said it? [/ QUOTE ] Another example - I value bet the river, opponent states me down then without saying a word turns his cards over in a forward moving action - I interpreted that to mean he is calling. i turn over my hand and he mucks, but he doesn't have to call my river bet. Do you see why? Its my mistake, not his. [/ QUOTE ] that's a wee bit different than tabling your hand while saying a phrase built around the words "I call" |

Re: Angle Shooting A$$H0&# @ Red Rock
Situation 1- Was just alluding to him being a jerk.
Situation 2-When someone says call I am supposed to show first so what was the mistake? Situation 3-Was just a story of how I got my satisfaction. 2 was the only real angle shoot, but I consider him a jerk throughout. |
