Default AA from BB, looks like a steal to me.

Absolute Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Absolute Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($25.37)
MP ($16.20)
CO ($7.40)
Button ($84.55)
SB ($8.65)
Hero ($36.70)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
3 folds, Button raises to $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $3, Button calls $2.

Flop: ($6.10) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $3, Button raises to $9, Hero calls $6.

Turn: ($24.10) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $15, Hero raises to $24.7, Button folds.

Final Pot: $54.10

Villain is 21/18/4. Preflop standard so far. His reraise on flop - i dont think hes got a better hand here, so i decided just to call to extract some value. Turn put some draws on the board, i checked here, because he was most likely to bet. Regardless of what he does, i am gonna shove my last 24$ in a 24$ pot on such a board all day long. I cannot understand his fold, though.[edit]And yes, i am gonna cbet 2/3 pot next time, 1/2 is way to low.

Looks fine to me. The flop is so dry, i dont mind a 1/2 pot Cbet at least once in a while. Looks like the button was just making a move in position with like TT-99 or something

I Like your line!

I 3bet bigger preflop, I would've made it at least 3,50 because you play a little deep and 'there is nothing wrong with more money in the pot when u have the best hand' says Brystmar from CardRunners.

And as you already said yourself; cbet bigger.

Cbet 4-4.5 here and push his repop.

If he has AQ/KQ or KK he's probably stacking off.

I think shoving the flop feels a lot more bluff/air to him than calling and CRing the turn.

C-bet size is fine, that flop is dry as hell and it's a 3-bet pot. Half-2/3s is standard.
3-bet harder PF, though, this is BB vs. Button and you're deep-ish.

He had to call ~10$ to win a 54$ pot, WHY IN DON CORLEONES NAME has he folded?

Tough to say. He has to call with AT+, any pair, hell, any connector or semiconnector above 34... Yeah, he had to have some sort of low pockets for his fold to be right.

BTW, I like the CRAI turn over 3-bet flop for exactly the reason you mentioned; he has 5.5:1 on his money and there's no way he's folding a worse hand (except now).

Flop is fine; however, I don't like the turn check raise. That Jc puts a lot of draws on the board, and considering you don't have the ace of clubs, there's a decent chance it's in his hand with the Qc as well. Plus, this puts out straight draws on the board. Unless you are very confident villain will bet if checked to, I don't like going for a check raise. Just bet like 17 or 18 and call a shove. In general, when deciding whether to bet/3bet or c/r, you need a reason to c/r as opposed to just sticking it in there.

I don"t like the checkraise on the turn but I do like the smooth call on the flop. I'm assuming the villain thought u were 3 betting light and he just butched/overplayed his hand and got severely pot stuck. Good line by you, (i jut don't like the c/r on the turn) and awful by villain
