Default push or fold ? 3r bubble

Out of those left to act the CO was way too tight, I was sure he wouldn't call without a decent ace or pocket pair because he basically told me so. The button had only been involved in a couple hands, one time he showed down jacks the other he restole from the SB. The SB has raised one time I think and folded to the aforementioned push. He limped/folded a few times too. The BB is sitting out. We're about 18 away from the money so I figured this is a great opportunity to pick up some chips. Does this warrant a push or should I wait for a slightly better hand?

i think the bb sitting out makes this situation tricky, has anyone noticed that people are more willing to look up you when the bb is sitting out..or vica versa

personally i still feel this is a push
