Stop'n'go with Q7? I don't see why it'd be better than shove. I'd do it with a small PP (maybe), but not with junk like q7o.

Why do you stopngo in the first place? You don't do it because you have a strong hand, you do it because it's the only way you gain any fold equity. He's not gonna fold preflop, that much is obvious.

I think folding is the immediate answer, but if you're going to play here, a stopngo is the only way to win without a showdown.

This is really obviously correct. Fold is what you ought to do here, and it's not close. But if for some retarded reason you want to play, Stop'n'Go clearly gives you more fold equity than shoving preflop.
