you just have to dodge the board pairing one of your cards on the turn/river

Are full houses not generally considered a good thing omaha??? ffs...

[ QUOTE ]
if you aren't planning on calling this then why are you playing this hand in the first place?

[/ QUOTE ]

Maybe because he's the big blind in an unraised pot?

Oh, and call. Now.

I usually don't like to commit too much in a limped pot which is one reason I was weary about this hand and I figured I had around 20xbb so I wasn't in too bad of a shape if I folded; spots have been easy to find in these things.. I don't know if I've been running well or I'm just being less of a donk. I instantly thought that the raiser had 66 or 22 for some reason, even thought it seemed unlikely, and unfortunately I was right (they showed 22).

Nonetheless, I figured that a lot of the times you see a random Q or a flush draw in the 4/180s to be able to make this call profitable. So if I put him on a range of 22-66, QJo/s-AQo/s, that would make this a call right?

Instacall. 2pair+backdoor flush, as bakes said, those are the hands you will see, and you just have to dodge the board pairing one of your cards on the turn/river

[/ QUOTE ]

Oh I know, I hate when my two pair gets counterfitted into a full house. Damn Riverstars.

Omaha would like to apologise for the possibility of you improving your hand to a full house on the turn or river

I meant you had to dodge the OTHER card pairing, which happens because internet poker is rigged by the CIA and the FBI
