Re: 3/6- confusion vs technologic
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] I don't think I like Villain's shove if he has a boat. [/ QUOTE ] ya the more I think about this the more I like a call, but then I think about it some more and my mind reverts back to fold. I have never played with tech (unless he plays on party too). If he has a boat, playing it this fast is pretty bad, considering he is scaring most of us off AK here (when if he just calls, we pretty much have to value bet river with our image). So he might be raising as a bluff. Then again he would have to be pretty nuts to bluff rereraise this board with a turned combo draw. So I still have to doubt that he is bluffing. Meh I still say fold. Tech if you had a combo draw I kinda like the way you played it, but with a full I don't. [/ QUOTE ] if i have 88, why should i just call here? a T/J/Q rier could kill my action for hands i'm ahead of, and he's also drawing for 7 outs if he has an ace. |

Cause you scare off any Ace. [/ QUOTE ] A call says 'I have a huge hand' too. Any smart opponent isn't putting in another dime unless he improves - unless he has AK and puts villain on AQ. Still, that's a mighty thin river vb if he does make it - if opponent is nitty. |
