AA and Runner-runner flush/straight are all that beats you. Sometimes UTG will show up with this, but that is just bad luck. I say > 50% time here you are ahead so just shove (only slightly more than calling anyways) and get value from worse sets, two pair.

Folding: Out of the question,

I couldn't fold here and calling leaves ~$10 behind so I'm just getting it in. I'd put villain on missed spade draw, two pair, smaller set... he'll fold the spades but will call with the other hands.

Curious as to why you wouldn't get the last $10 in? Do you feel hero will only ever get called when he's beat?

For what it's worth, I shoved for the extra $10, he turned over KsQs. I think that's one of the very few legit hands played that way that beat me, but I dropped 5 BI yesterday in 700 hands from ones like this and the other I posted (and AA losing to KK aipf) so I started to question myself... but I'm getting into a BBV post if I don't stop
