25nl suckage with AK zoooted

I am pretty sure i fd up every street here but whatevs, villian is 12/8/4 over 162 hands, kinda tight hence no 4 bet. Do you guys still 4bet here despite him being tight? Also, what the hell do i do with the flop? I called looking for this exact kinda turn, but is this spew?

I think raising the turn gets him to fold and if he calls you have outs.
Also if he calls a raise on the turn and (presumably) checks the river just check right back and showdown your high card.

This is exactly how I play it, hes givin you odds on both the flop and turn n2m his flop bet looks weak so maybe also has some sort of whiffed overs and u can take the pot away from him. I wouldn't 4 bet a guy like this either, so WP.
