Pretty dry board, so his reraise set off warning sirens. Whats my play against such a LAGgy villain?

I think I am shoving this and seeing a FD/Qx often enough to make up for the times he has a 3

Agreed...Would not think a 3 is in his UTG raising range..

I often call the flop and decide on the turn what to do -shove/fold, though I've often made my mind up onthe flop just want a little more info from villan.
