when determining if you are a winner vs holdem

I just started playing limit O8. Will it take more hands or less hands vs limit holdem to determine if Im a winning player? Would 50 k hands be enough? (I tried search and didnt find anything.

I'm interested in finding out the differences of standard deviation of win rates between holdem and O8.
