They planned to return the money but the bots sued and got a restraining order. So far Full Tilt hasn't been able to get it overturned cause their lawyer refused to take the red pill and missed the court date.

in fact its not funny, cuz if i had known i was up against a bot, i definitely wouldnt have lost....but it was programmed to calculating odds based on my betting patterns and my tendncy to bet thru rivers/scare cards/blanks etc. some how it figured im capable of blasting rivers with air and represent hands with its crazy diagnostics and shiet... and decided to call me with hands like J high mid kicker on pretty scary boards but i know that missed us both. since i thought i was up against a normal person, i kept on trying to make good moves selectively and kept on getting called with nothing, and that is abnormal for a human player to be doing since he/she knows ur probably never gonna bluff again after already being shown up. but what set me off was when the bot didn't cap me with 2nd backdoored nut flush in a capped pot preflop. I had AA obv, and he had QJ and made flush to my top set and just called my reraise on river... and any human player woulda capped it for sure due to preflop action.

Bots exist. Bots are cheating. Bots are bad no matter what. E-mail FTP and ask them the status of the returning of funds. I find it hard to believe that they will not return a portion of it to every player affected as this is what they said. I am gullible tho so I am not holding my breath either. I have not seen any good faith effort on FTP part to return any of the funds and we are talking WAY more then 70k from beatme1 infact we are talking hundreds of thousends in confiscated funds and around a dozen bots banned and funds confiscated. We should all e mail them if you have been affected in any way by the bots that have now been destroyed.
