Default NL 200 TT rr pot, low flop, enough value to shove this?

Poker Stars, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $194
SB: $205.85
BB: $296.80
UTG: $195
MP: $90.20
Hero (CO): $266.25

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG folds, MP calls $2, <font color="red">Hero raises to $10</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $32</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $22

Flop: ($68) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $44</font>, Hero?

Villain was 20/15/3.5/757.

My thinking was that this villain wasn't getting away from any smaller pair and is aggressive enough to have a low suited connector too. Is flat calling better? I could see lower pairs getting away if I flat call and the turn bricks or is an A.
