Fixing Leaks In your Game

I've noticed I have four main leaks in my game. I always go up about half a buy-in and end up losing the whole buy-in. I played on Sunday afternoon and figured out what my biggest problems are. Is there a way to fix these problems by concentrating on certain things?

1) I act too much.

Ex: Oh man, I don't like that board pairing! (when I make a full house)

2) I loosen up after a couple hours.

3) I show my cards too much. What's a +ev way to show your cards?
