Default 25NL 6max: AQo led into on flop

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $5.30
BB: $22.95
UTG: $21.10
CO: $23.75
Hero (BTN): $24.65

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.10, 2 folds, CO calls $0.85

Flop: ($2.55) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO bets $5.00, Hero calls $5.00

Turn: ($12.55) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO bets $5.00, Hero???

this was my 3rd hand at the table and had no reads/stats on this opponent. i wasn't too sure what to do on the flop either but i called not giving him credit for a set as he overbet the pot and thought if he had a set he would either let me do the betting or make a smaller bet i'm likely to call to get value?

Easy shove on the turn. Flop is difficult, very hard to put him on hand, because, as is easy to tell from those bets, villain isn't thinking rationally.

I think the turn is an easy push as well.

Do you guys expect to see AK at showdown? Whats going on with villians flop bet???

I think your call on the flop is correct altough it's a strange bet from villain.
the bet from villain on the turn puzzles me too why overbet flop and make a smal bet on the turn. maybe he wanted a flush or straight draw out of the way on the flop but you called so he makes a feeler/2nd barrel bet on the turn.
maybe he was playing a weak A.probably A2 or A5. I hope I'm right about this.

IMO pushing is a good decision.

Wow...villian limp/calls PF then donks nearly twice the pot...wierd. I might fold flop, but calling's fine. Seems strong though no matter how wierd it is. Shove turn.
