Default 200NL, KK top set vs river donk (+help interpret bet size)

Villain is something like 60/5, but no real stats.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $219.45
BB: $548.98
UTG: $200.00
Hero (MP): $190.00
CO: $197.00
BTN: $94.87

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $10.00</font>, 3 folds, BB calls $8.00

Flop: ($21) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $16.00</font>, BB calls $16.00

Turn: ($53) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $47.00</font>, BB calls $47.00

River: ($147) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $117.00</font>, Hero ... (I have exactly $117 left)

Also, what do you find it usually means when a villain bets exactly what you have left?
