You have TPTK. => Call all three streets. Go broke if necessary. I am not folding this and there is no point to raise either - he is either WB, or drawing. If he is WB he will try to fold you out, this is good. If he is drawing, he is gonna pot it on every street which also good. Even if he misses the draw, he will still probably bluff OOP.
