Default Party 3/6 slightly awkward preflop spot vs 2+2er and donk

SB is Equal, BB is some shortstacked uberdonk.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $6 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($910.45)
Button ($826.50)
SB ($755.40)
BB ($259.70)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $3.

<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $22</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $62</font>, BB calls $59.

Hero...

Equal definitely threebets light and I'm certain BB is calling with any two to a fourbet. I was really unsure of an amount in this spot, because I didn't want to offer Equal attractive pot odds given that he probably knew the BB was going to juice the pot and we were semi deep. Thus, I shoved, but it felt pretty donkish reraising 65 with 700 even though I knew the BB was going to call. Suggestions for amounts? Can I entice AK/QQ to shove if I fourbet to 300 or so?
