Mark Seif is still playing I see. As I speak he just finished 4th in the $1000 plus $50 $100k Pro Bounty. Well done Mark!

This is getting coverage to show that if you try to cheat, it will blow up in your face. We do NOT need to help absolute sweep this underneath the rug. If we do that, it means they can cheat, and then have poker players help them get away with it!

In the short term, there may be a hit. But this is very good for the long run of online poker.

I've completely remained just a reader of this entire fiasco but this post is so correct and vitally true that I felt compelled to make sure it's repeated.

I have to completely agree with this. The more coverage this gets and the more damaging it is to AP the less likely another poker room down the road might try the same BS.

Very sick. Extraordinary work on this Josem, especially when it seemed like everything was dying down recently.

I kinda lost heart for the fight when the very players that were directly affected kept playing, now I couldn't give a [censored] whether they get their money back, as long as the full story comes out and AP burns.

Good to know the West Coast media has picked up the story. Now we need to get the attention of the mainstream media in the East Coast, South and Midwest.

So sad that Mark Seif has to lash out at me and attempt to bring MY integrity into question.

Mark, at least $12,000 was stolen from me on the site you have been heavily promoting for the past 3+ years. At least $700,000 was stolen from everyone else, and perhaps the figure eclipses $1 million. Sorry if you find it offensive that I want to get to the bottom of what has happened.

I have not lied about anything. There is nothing to sue me over. What's your problem?

You say that you've "seen it with your own eyes", regarding my supposed dishonesty. What have you seen? How come nobody else is calling me a liar? Between me and you, who do you think has a better reputation at the moment as far as honesty goes?

Mark, when so many others on 2+2 were accusing you of being part of this scandal, I never joined in. I kept your name out of the whole mess. I never once posted any accusations regarding any sort of involvement on your part. What is your problem with me? Do you think I don't have a right to question AP's stonewalling of the public for OVER A MONTH regarding a million dollars being stolen from the high limit poker community?

Mark, if you're really serious about getting to the bottom of this mess, help us out. You have a lot of influence with AP, and could definitely be a great asset if you were on our side.

Exactly why are you getting so defensive? Tell me what I did or said specifically to get you so angry.

I respected your fight against Jamie Gold, where you justly pushed for Crispin Leyser to get the money he deserved. Why is this situation any different? Is it because you're representing the other side now?
