Default Another Awesome Poker Forum

I didnt think it was possible to be worse than P5s...

Good lines:

"The reason you are losing when you have these large pairs in multiway action is because large pairs do not have a very strong draw at all - they have two outs to improve and even then they are not guaranteed to win"

"How does playing for real money work? The money you're playing with, is your own money right? That you gave?
But the money you win, is that also real money that you can get? "

Yeah, we hate IMSAKIDD too!

Yeah I always want a draw to go with my overpair. If you just have AA on a K72 flop you only have 2 outs to improve!

"I am frequently getting busted by very marginal hands which have spiked on the flop. I've tried opening with larger preflop raises (up to x 10) but I'm still encountering this problem."

"If you are sitting at a real money table with AA in late position and you bet 6 blinds after everybody has just called, they just call you with Q7 ( because it's only $0.24 ) and hit 2 pair on the flop.
Nobody respects a raise at these tables. Yesterday I was trying a playmoney table again ( which is something I will never do again ) and I bet $10 000 with KK after everybody had called a $1000 blind. EVERYBODY called me ( 6 f*cking players ). How the hell can you narrow a field ????
They just pay it off and hope to get lucky one time. When they get lucky, they just push the all in button. Most of them have never heard about odds. I'm a fan of small pot poker but that's just impossible on internet."

wow, just wow
