I raise this allin most of the time but I'm not sure if its the right play. Hands that make a minraise like this on the turn are usually strong hands, and hands that we crush (JT for example) are less likely because we hold JJ.

He could have a lower set ofcourse.

Why are we shoving here? What worse hands call and better hands fold?

Set or 2-pair are the only worse hands potentially calling. And those hands are going to be scared of the Turn J just like we are, so I don't see them c/mr and reopening the betting (also don't see them flat calling Flop.)

Maybe the c/mr is a move to try and get us off AK, but doubtful. Unless I have a read on BB, c/mr is not usually a bluff or semi-bluff.

So, given we are probably behind and getting odds to call and have the board pair, why not just take them? Plus if BB has a straight and River brings a club that doesn't pair the board, BB may check and we get a free showdown.

AI, he could also possibly have 10-9, j-10, 44, 99, 10's, if he has the straight with 87 or kq cooler and reload. You just cant lay down im sorry gotta get a raise in on turn. Are you really folding to a river bet/shove anyway?
