The flop is standard, you bet and hopefully somebody calls and hopefully the pfr raises and you get that callers dead money. Meh I bet $16 on turn and $22 on river. Just don't check and the money will get in no matter what you do if he has a strong enough hand and given he called $12 on the flop I think he does. Something makes me think you lost this hand and are second guessing yourself but this is uber standard.

This time i shoved on turn and BTN folded.
I just think that i gained too few money in this hand.
Maybe i should check-raise on flop or turn?

No you shouldn't c/r the flop, I explained why. I don't c/r the turn either. I would hate to give a free card to a gutshot to lose this medium sized pot and given he called $12 on the flop he may call $16 on the turn which is why I said $16 instead of pushing because either way the money is going in if you bet the turn..

I usualy 3bet TT from the SB, unless He`s a real nit. Flop I play the same. Turn I bet 3/4 pot.

Why so small on the turn? I prefer something like half pot or more. Say $22.

If for some stupid reason he folds the river we still got some value from the hand. (well, more than $16 would)

That doesn't help me understand the flaw in my logic whatsoever. I'm here to learn and give my opinion

this doesn't help.

Betting any smaller than the pot on the turn here just lets villan draw to cheaply and probably leaves you about comitted anyway, I think I just shove here as well.
