Many good players will call pf with A6o and the like. In terms of frequency, he's going to have a weak one pair hand much more often than a draw. Also, we don't even know if he will bluff with that small % of his range that is draws.

80, he's shoving so incredibly rarely it's not worth deciding what you'd do against it.
He has a hand, likely top pair. It's BvB. He's looking you up light unless you're a mega nit. Check raising is an interesting idea, but you miss value from hands that check behind on the river that would call. And there's no reason to expect him to call the checkraise with one pair hands with any real frequency, since your line would look incredibly strong. So I think going for the check raise is bad.
