Re: NL10 - Calling a shove with A high
[ QUOTE ]
Ok, so basically i misuse a resteal: if he's a thinking player he will fold a pure/semi bluff, will call with a potential good hand a reraise/shove with his best hands. [/ QUOTE ] It's NL10, a lot of villians never fold if they have any piece of the flop. If you put him on Ax, Kx on the flop he's either got you outkickered or has a pair, which he isn't going to fold. Fold preflop is the best play imo |

Re: NL10 - Calling a shove with A high
I think a re-pop pf is a good line, if he is folding to 3bets. As played c/f turn.

Re: NL10 - Calling a shove with A high
I hate Ax out of position against lags. Fold the flop, checkraise him next time with something more likely to improve (2 overs, flush/straight draw opportunities). I only like the cr if ur pretty sure it'll make him fold about 3 out of 4 times.
As it happened, after the call of your checkraise, shut down and c/f turn. |
