OMG they play so bad... I would say cold calling w/ Kings for 1/3rd of your stack is bad if it wasn't for the fact that the donk w/ 7/2s was going to lead into you on the flop for 2/5th's of pot... Then bluff the turn on a King King board.... Lol, cash gameaments...

Also Mike: I knew he had QQ or 72o / 72s... He is getting a little more than 2 to 1, and folds... Lol, cash gameaments.

Okay maybe I can forgive the Matusow fold because Hellmuth is a nitty donk that plays small pot poker in frick'n cash games, and may be dumb enough to check a set on the flop.

Also the guy who slow played till the river with kings, then led out when the flush hit. You sir are a genius. Bluffing or value betting? God only knows.

Still overall the play was horrid all 'round.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I still thoroughly enjoyed the show and am looking forward to the rest of the season.

I liked his play till river. With all these bluff happy monkeys playing any 2 at HSP his play was good. But he should have checked the river. Thta river play was bad indeed.

It was a blocking bet and he played the hand fine. Also could have got some value from top pair and he can safely fold to a raise.

the worst play was the guy who raised with quads on the turn and then didn't realize he hadn't raised enough.

I really doubt he was folding This guy has potential, the hand was great. These series deliver.

I missed it, why did Laak turn his hand over when Brunson was still in the middle of his decision? Was he that confident that the hand motion was a call? Just not care at that point?

[/ QUOTE ]

if you watch closely i think todd does the angle shoot thing and pulls his hand back. but then after that he does throw the chips in as a call. its only after that when phil laak turns his hand over and goes on his rant.
