if he calls with QQ+ (probably too tight but go with it for a sec) - you can 3bet him with whatever two cards you feel like, and then check/fold the flop a lot except when you suck out. so pick cards that when you suck out with them he still wants to pay you off.

Bleh, people like this are not going to be folding big pairs on JJx or KKx that much more than on 99x or 88x imo.

wow this is good

its also kinda an argument for Axs too though, just cause it sucks out a lot more often than suited connectors, even though it doesnt get paid off as often.

Harder to know when you've sucked out though. Since in practice you will have to throw some AK in there as well.

It goes back to why are we 3 betting with KJ against 17% player a great percentage, then are upset when he turns over QQ+.

This is all i can think about reading stats of villan in post.Yes it's good to run tables over but when NITS start calling 3bets and call flop bets it dont look pretty

Seems like everybody hates preflop, which honestly is what I expected. What are you guys 3 betting him with then? I mean, I don't think there is much of a difference between 3 betting KJ and AQ/AJ in this scenario, but I could be wrong. I don't think he calls preflop with AJ to a 3bet that often, I haven't 3 bet him at all and not 3betting in general at this table. All my aggression has been postflop for the most part.

Having a range of AK/TT+ to 3bet is a little weak IMO, given I expect him to fold a lot of hands to a reraise given his nittyness as well as calling with hands he overvalues like pairs and some suited connectors which he won't be able to play profitably in all likelihood against me.

[/ QUOTE ]

You kinda answered your own question here!I probally would just muck pre to a NIT who opens you have to feel that AK-TT your 3betting dominated hands against this type of player
