Default TT facing min-raise/push

Nearing end of 1st hour of $30 tournament. No reads. pf sucks? call push?

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t100/t200
9 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: t3527
UTG+1: t7508
Hero: t3038
MP2: t3735
MP3: t10330
CO: t2584
Button: t1870
SB: t6151
BB: t2444

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is MP1 with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises to t400</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t1000</font>, 6 folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises all-in t7108</font>, Hero ???

To elaborate a bit.. a good reraise would be to 1400. That's like half your stack, so you're never making a standard raise and folding, so you have to push. I'd push a 4k stack here too.
