Default live 5/10 and 10/20 PLO8

believe it or not, the borgata spread a 5/10 PLO8 game for us this weekend. we then bumped it up to 10/20 when some guys got stuck.

here are some hands i'm iffy about.

5/10 new guy (looks experienced and was talking about the high limit O8 game last week) posts UTG w/a green chip and says make it 25. i call with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4x 6x and two donkeys calls. we are both playing semi-deep, he has ~$1.5k and i cover.

$100 - J87 two hearts. guy leads for $100, i make it $300. he cals.

$700 - (J87) K. he checks. bet or take a free card? i have no idea how loose or tight this guy is, but neither does he know anything about my game. all i can tell is he called the raise smoothly and looked comfortable. i'm trying to rep JJ with a decent low draw here.

hand 2: 10/20 PL

villain bets any of his lows hard but doesn't always have the goods for high. he'll pot with a 4 low no high type of BS. i have a gambling image but my bets/raises are usually respected. i have $4.5k, he covers.

4-handed, i limp with A4QJr, SB folds, BB checks.

$70 - flop is 653 no flush. i bet $40, he makes it $125. i call.

$320 - turn is a 5. i check, he pots, i c/r to $1k. thoughts?

i personally think my flop call is terrible, but now that we're here, how much fold equity do i have here? i'm trying to rep a v. good low and a boat here and that we'll be playing for our stacks. pot'll be $2.3k after he calls and i'll have around $3k left.
