Default 25NL - AA deepish, cbet flop?

Villain is a pretty decent player who's 3 betted me a few times PF and I have folded to all of them.

He is 28/23/4 over 227 and has a folded to cbet of 83%.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $26.85
BB: $38.15
UTG: $11.40
MP: $38.45
Hero (CO): $57.85
BTN: $38.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.85</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">BB raises to $2.65</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $8.00</font>, BB calls $5.35

Flop: ($16.10) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Tough call, but if consider checking. What information do you get? Turn comes blank, he bets out you know nothing.

Bet 2/3rds or less of the pot, fold to a shove or a raise.

What calling range do you put him on there?
JJ+; AK?
It's a rather strange call given that he is OOP maybe he calls this with TT-QQ and repops KK+AK+AA?
How often have you 3bet him and what were his reactions to that, does he have reason to belive you 3bet light?
