Pretty much my thaughts exatly but he could have some small pair that would win if you just call, these are really due to feel more then anything else. In a vacuum this is spew.

As far as the OP, it looks like you can't be bluffing here, but given the odds being offered, you will simply be called too often to make this work. There are too many Villains who call you with almost anything here, and that's before we get to flushes/houses. I doubt he's leading the river for $150 without knowledge of your stack size in relation to the river bet/pot.
