While we are slurping FTP, I will say that I put in a check request on 10-31 and received it in the mail today, 6 business days later. It was postmarked on Nov. 5, the Monday after I put in the request.

Update:
I got an email when my account was unfrozen that my funds ($400) would be returned in "3-4 business days". I got the money back recently, less than 24 hours after my account was unfrozen. So, Full Tilt support managed to note a suspected hacker, freeze their account, and undo all the damage done by him in a day and a half. As much crap as FTP support gets, I'm very impressed by how fast this was handled.
