Looks good. Only thing I would do differently is raise a little less pf (t80 is good).

I normally raise to 80, but with AK I tend to add 20 for each caller, because if the flop misses it sucks. Is this bad reasoning?

Normal raise should be 3BB + 1BB for each caller. So J-P is right! But what a strange raises by villain...

i tend not to make it more than 80 with AK unless there is more than one limper in front. typically 3bb+ 1bb/limper is a good raise guideline...especially with a hand like AK, you want to keep the pot as manageable as possible and these 20 chips will add up.
