Default Bluff against 3 oponents

Stars 2/4$ 6tbl

Hero in BB with J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG calls,MDL calls,SB calls HERO checks

it was checking on every street, exept river,as hero bluffed and got no callers

BOARDcards:7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

i believe river 7 was perfect oportunity to bluff,as it paired board and no player showed any action on any of streets,so i represented that 7,but not sure it`s profitable play in long run...

obviously depends alot on your image but id struggle to beleive you were checking all the way with a pair of sevens but maybe thats just me

anyway id say its never realy wise to bluff at a small pot against 3 opponents

I would never believe you had a 7 here (unless I thought you were a pretty awful, very passive, fish).

I would look you up with any pair on that board. I think you where plain lucky this time and bluffbetting into 2 villains in a 2 BB pot can never be EV+.

If I had an Ace I would look you up most of the time depending on your general aggressiveness. Even with K high maybe 30-40 percent. This shouldnt be a profitable bluffing opportunity... .

If I knew it was Martynas I agree, against some other villains I fold especially if not closing the action.

How are you representing top pair here? You have to think about your previous action when trying to represent a card. Don't become one of those people that thinks paired board and A high boards are automatically bluffing boards.

yea.many times they calling with nothing,A high,so i`m doing this kind of bluffs few time a day probably.don`t know i`m wining on it or loosing, just remeber time before i was bluffing a lot more.even on flop or turn, but get tyred of that, conks are all around, just looking to raise me,river bluff is best for me,as mno more cards to come, nobody expecting anything, and it helps to get callers if i will hit trips on the river

I'm not suggesting you should bet the flop or turn either. In this hand I'd just check fold the whole way. There are certain boards where I'll bluff air on the flop or turn if I think they aren't automatic peelers. The problem generally though is that guys who limp pre-flop don't fold on the flop that easily either. Although, I will give you that they might be scared of the paired board because they probably can't read hands.
