Default NL25: Turn betting

So do we bet the turn here against someone who isn't that good at the pokers? I think we bet to get value from JT,J9,T9,QJ, 2 clubs. BB is something like 28/0/1.8. Button is on tilt so if he pushes at any time I am calling for sure. I am guessing if BB raises its a clear fold right? I am deep and BB is sort of which makes the turn kinda meh for me given the hand I got.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $12.65
BB: $32.70
Hero (UTG): $47.15
CO: $37.55
BTN: $9.45

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $1</font>, CO folds, BTN calls $1, SB folds, BB calls $0.75

Flop: ($3.10) J 5 8 (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.40</font>, BTN calls $2.40, BB calls $2.40

Turn: ($10.30) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero????

I like a bet on the turn. Board is drawy enough that I think opponents could be drawing or have worse made hands. If BB checkraises we can fold. If BB calls again I'm probably checking through any river except a non-club K.

I like betting about 7 here. We still need to get value from hands like JQ, J10, and make flush/straight draws pay to hit. I think c/f is too weak an option, and c/c sucks imo.

I'm definitely betting about 3/4 of the pot.
If the draws make it on the river, then you'll probably have to fold.

ok general consensus is to b/f turn for ~7 which is what I did. Thought maybe my bet sizing was off and that maybe I should have bet like 8.50 or something. that and the fact that we are both semi deep here. I still rusty playing TPGK/TPTK hands in deep situations since at NL25 deep is not like NL5 deep on stars.

Turn: ($10.30) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $7.30</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">BB raises to $29.30 and is All-In</font>, Hero folds

Results: $24.90 Pot ($1.20 Rake)
BB mucked and WON $23.70 (+$13 NET)
