Re: 200 NL. My KK runs into a 3-bet 165bbs deep.
fosho, i find that most of the advice in this thread, exept for a few posters, is very wrong. to play deepstacked we must think on another level. the deeper the effective stack, the more important pot control becomes.

Re: 200 NL. My KK runs into a 3-bet 165bbs deep.
4/bet PF is really horrible i think. It turns our KK into a bluff, essentially saying "if you have AA, then you can stack me, else just play for set value."
Just call and play some poker. I would definately bet somewhere, although the river sucks and there's no way you can call. |

I think you played this exactly right, assuming you folded the river.

Sorry for the anticlimactic finish, but I mucked the river.

Re: Results
I think you should have bet it somewhere still. I like leading the turn, but if you check call then I think maybe some kind of two way, block/vbet is in order on the river. He won't raise with less than a set hardly ever. Maybe something like $90-100.
