Ok, I know I [censored] up the turn. But villain is supertight and might slowplay. How much to raise on river?

At this point i'd just call, I might even consider folding if I thought he would draw out for the flush, because if so you're beat.

I call. Vilain's line could be a str8 draw or flush draw.. One of which hit. Call.

lol are you leveling me? no way I'm folding this. I know 100% he doesnt have a straight. I'm mainly concerned with the possible flush, but how concerned should I be?

some other opinions please?

Then if you don't want to fold, call, if you think he doesn't have a flush call. There isn't alot to say about it, if you believe 100% he doesn't have a flush then push in and profit.
