I'm on a really sick downswing, this seems to always happen to me after super heaters like the one I went on last week. I can't seem to put together a winning session, and i've only been 6 tabling for the last 2 weeks, even though the last 3 days has made me want to life tilt, ive stayed disciplined and only played 6 tables. Ive been here a thousand times before, but what do you guys do besides for review your sessions and such to get your positive play back? fwiw, after session review ive only tilted off 1 buyin--- and im down a much larger number of buyins then that.
