Default OOT mods: question

Who is locking terrible threads without giving users *s / making notes?

Obv this is a discretionary issue, I have no problem with it, I am just wondering who is doing it and if there is a certain strategy or line of reasoning you are following. Trying to make sure we are on relatively similar pages etc.

I think it might be a good idea for us to log these locked threads in user notes even if we are just PMing users a warning or something.

So, if all OOT mods could chime in that would be great.
