Default Beat: 202lbs

Long, long story short (tho I'll be willing to tell it when I'm sober IAGAF): I've been a cubicle slug for five years, and a jakey since the cop knelt and kissed the feet of the priest.

Gotta good offer to renew at my gym couple weeks ago. Been a member there for fifteen years, but not the last two. Known for quite awhile I was in serious trouble, so said hell yeah.

Hadn't been on a scale in two years = 187. Six-seven years ago was the best shape I'd ever been in = 168.

Today, swim trunks only, 202 = LOLOLOLOLOLLOl.

Brag: Swam a few laps with out tearing anything. Plus, I do know what diet/exercises work for me, what pitfalls to avoid, and I'm naturally slender.

Variance: I'm a night owl, and always used to go to the gym late at night, mainly to avoid the over-crowding, esp. in the pool. Lotta hours to kill between getting off work and then, that have recently been soaked up at the bar mitigating the loneliness, bitterness, and busto'dness.
