Default Maybe Simple Preflop Spot

I have no idea about how UTG plays, button is kind of loose donkish but nothing about his game indicates he has a weak hand here shoving over a utg raiser with no fold equity. Thoughts?

I can't imagine this is an easy shove. Am I overthinking this?

It seems from your OP that you're more worried about btn's hand than about anything else, so yes, you're overthinking it.

Not particularly worried about the button, it's how to play against a UTG raiser who has me covered (I have 33 bbs) in a very slow structured 320

I think it's an easy shove, too.

You have a great chance to get some chips. Take it. UTG raising to 350 makes it less likely he has QQ+ anyway.

seems like i'm the only one, but i think this is a marginal fold, and definitely isn't easy in either direction
