Re: spending out of your bankroll. (NC)

Also, I don't cash out. I'm trying to move up quick, but I think that 200NL is around the point where my bankroll starts increasing faster than my skill does, esp since I'm playing more tables now. I think I'd be a small loser at 400NL without good game selection. [/ QUOTE ] |

$1400 included board, bindings and boots. [/ QUOTE ] You still got ripped off. Never buy ski/snowboard equipment for retail. Wait till the spring when it all goes on sale and you woulda paid 35%-40% of this. |

Re: spending out of your bankroll. (NC)
My bankroll has been a solid $2-5k for the last year and I've won about 30k during that time period.

Re: spending out of your bankroll. (NC)
I always cash out down to 10k, it's enough for me to play 1-2 NL and 2-4 NL, and I'm not really that interested in playing higher than that for now. I want to build up some savings and have money to pay for medical school next year. During college I just worked on building my roll and rarely cashing out, now that I have rent etc. I just cash out all profit above 10k. It doesn't really bother me the not moving up thing, especially if I can keep making 1k/day

Re: spending out of your bankroll. (NC)
cash it all out and spend it. My BR is $5k but would be $20k if I didn't cash everything out.
I've paid all my credit cards off and used the rest of it for holidays/computers/things we wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. I really need to stop cashing it all out though and grow the BR a bit to move up to NL200, but I've got a wife and 3 kids to support, so the extra money is always needed. |

Re: spending out of your bankroll. (NC)
[ QUOTE ]
I spend roughly what I'm making at the mo, so my bankroll has hovered around $10k for ages. This is mainly because I'm lazy and don't play anywhere near the amount of hands I should, but I am working hard to rectify this. If only I could run well!!!!! [/ QUOTE ] Pretty much the same except I prolly play a little more an try to get a bit of money into savings as well. |
