Villain has loosish preflop stats and 1.5 AF over a decent sample.

How does he play draws and Tp's and have you ever seen him c/c then donk?

Clubs/KQ/Q9 miss, + overbet shove, i think i usually find myself calling here.

There are so many missed draws out there, I would only lay this down if his river play is really passive.

Tough to fold this, especially when you're almost at the top of your range and draws missed and a flop slowplay looks unlikely.

Loose/Passive/low aggression factor/flop texture likely to hit a decent part of OP's range.

Maybe he shows up with some rando bruff but it meh - I think he very, very rarely has something like AJ etc. in this manner.

i call here alot, for the reasons that jam mentions, plus, sometimes loose passive guys flat pf with kk/qq.

I wouldn't expect him to flat call the flop then go spastic on the turn. Especially on this flop.
