If you are going to fold this flop, fold pre. By the way, put him on a 4-bet range pre and act accordingly - if you are ahead, all-in and else fold obviously.

All-in pre-flop. Say he has a pretty tight RR range:

Hand 0: 48.664% 47.26% 01.40% 208782096 6203094.00 { JJ+, AQs+, AQo+ }
Hand 1: 51.336% 49.93% 01.40% 220586148 6203094.00 { QQ }

Even then it's +EV, ad in some bluffs and a couple of combos of TT and it's even more +EV.

I dont really mind sometimes just calling the 4bet in position, especially if he might bluff with A high when AK, AQ and the odd light 4bet misses the flop.

I dont do so to fold to a push when no overs flop though, so I call here as played.

I think the flop overbet line is hard to interpret readless, at least I cant figure it out :-)
I see some people overbet push AA/KK to make it look bluffier and some push as a bluff with AK.

yea i think if we decide to go with it shove PF, otherwise i think we have to call this flop, he can do this with JJ+, i see people make this play way too often when they whiff with AK or AQ and want to put u to a tough decision. Its close but i think call is correct as shown by the odds above.

If we 5 bet shove pf don't we make JJ fold correctly and only keep AA KK and sometimes AK in the pot ?
Also it is a 4 bet not a 3 bet so I don't think JJ AQs or AQo TT are in his range

Hmm... I don't agree w/ that... however why did you call pre if you think his range is KK+ and AK?

i know this logic often sucks....but if i'm calling preflop then i'm calling on a flop like this.
