Bodog account hacked, money lost...
Just got back from a 3 week vacation, checked on my accounts, saw my Bodog account was $0.
Incredulously went to the transaction log, apparently my account played poker on May 27, losing everything I had, depositing $200 via a credit card, and losing that, too. WTF. No one has my account info, and I can't even deposit with a credit card. Will update when Bodog gets back to me. At least it was 3 figures, didn't have much money left there except for props. Changed passwords on all my other accounts (Stars, etc.), glad the big balances were untouched. Anyone else have something similar happen at Bodog? Searches revealed nothing. |

Re: Bodog account hacked, money lost...
Well, their official stance is "because someone properly entered your username and password, you are responsible for any activity that takes place on your account, whether you authorized it or not."
Unofficially, apparently the same computer logged on to 5 different accounts that day, and I don't know any of the 4 other names he mentioned. So we'll see... |

Re: Bodog account hacked, money lost...
what will make this difficult is that on bodog it will be difficult to differentiate the chip dumpers from the normal players.
